小学教师数字素养的问题探析及提升策略
摘 要:本研究以小学教师数字素养为核心议题,首先明确了数字素养的基本含义及其在小学教育中的特定要求。通过文献综述与实证分析,揭示了当前小学教师在数字素养方面存在的主要问题,包括认知与意识不足、技能水平参差不齐、资源整合与利用能力有限以及培训与支持体系不完善等。针对这些问题,本研究从增强认知与意识、提升技能水平、加强资源整合与利用以及完善培训与支持体系四个方面提出了具体的提升策略。旨在通过系统性、针对性的措施,促进小学教师数字素养的全面提升,进而推动教育信息化的深入发展,提高教学质量与效率,促进学生信息素养与创新能力的培养,最终实现教育公平与均衡发展的目标。

Analysis of the digital literacy of primary school teachers and promotion strategies
Abstract:This study takes digital literacy of primary school teachers as the core topic, and first clarified the basic meaning of digital literacy and its specific requirements in primary education. Through the literature review and empirical analysis, it reveals the main problems in the digital literacy of primary school teachers, including the lack of cognition and awareness, uneven skill level, limited ability of resource integration and utilization, and imperfect training and support system. In view of these problems, this study puts forward specific improvement strategies from four aspects: enhancing cognition and awareness, improving skill level, strengthening resource integration and utilization, and improving training and support system. The aim is to promote the comprehensive improvement of primary school teachers 'digital literacy through systematic and targeted measures, and then promote the in-depth development of education informatization, improve the teaching quality and efficiency, promote the cultivation of students' information literacy and innovation ability, and finally achieve the goal of fair and balanced development of education.
