摘 要
本文首先对企业资金链进行了相关概述,明确了企业资金链的定义及其特点,包括资金需求量大和回款速度慢,并简要介绍了资金链风险管理的理论基础。随后,文章聚焦于房地产企业资金链风险的表现形式,具体分析了资金筹集、使用及回流阶段的风险。进一步地,文章深入探讨了房地产企业资金链风险的成因,主要包括财务管理制度不健全、融资渠道单一、资金集中管理不足以及盲目追求规模扩张等。针对这些问题,文章提出了相应的治理对策,包括建立健全财务管理体系、拓展多元化融资渠道、建立资金集中管理平台以及科学制定发展战略,旨在有效控制房地产企业资金链风险,保障企业的稳健发展。

Abstract
In this paper, this paper gives an overview of the enterprise capital chain, clarifies the definition and characteristics of the enterprise capital chain, including the large capital demand and slow payment collection speed, and briefly introduces the theoretical basis of the risk management of the capital chain. Subsequently, the article focuses on the ex pression form of the capital chain risk of real estate enterprises, and specifically analyzes the risk in the stage of fund raising, use and return. Further, the paper deeply discusses the causes of the capital chain risk of real estate enterprises, mainly including the imperfect financial management system, single financing channel, insufficient centralized capital management and blind pursuit of scale expansion. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, including the establishment and improvement of financial management system, the expansion of diversified financing channels, the establishment of centralized capital management platform and scientific development strategy, aiming to effectively control the capital chain risk of real estate enterprises and ensure the steady development of enterprises.
