零售企业库存成本控制问题与解决对策探讨

摘要 

本文旨在深入探讨零售企业在日益激烈的市场竞争环境中面临的库存成本控制问题,并提出相应的解决对策。随着消费者需求日益多元化和快速变化,零售企业库存管理成为影响企业运营效率、资金流动及盈利能力的关键因素。当前,零售企业普遍面临库存积压导致资金占用高、库存周转率低、过期损耗增加及缺货成本上升等挑战。这些问题不仅削弱了企业的市场竞争力,还增加了运营成本,制约了企业的可持续发展,本文首先分析了零售企业库存成本控制的重要性及其现状,指出库存管理不善的主要原因包括需求预测不准确、供应链协同不足、信息系统落后以及库存策略不合理等。随后,文章从多个维度提出了解决对策:一是加强需求预测准确性,利用大数据和人工智能技术优化预测模型;二是强化供应链协同,构建信息共享平台,提升供应链整体响应速度;三是升级库存管理信息系统,实现库存数据的实时追踪与智能分析;四是实施精细化库存策略,如采用JIT(准时制生产)库存管理和ABC分类管理,以降低库存成本同时确保供应稳定。

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the inventory cost control problems faced by retail enterprises in the increasingly fierce market competition environment, and propose corresponding countermeasures. With the increasingly diversified and rapidly changing consumer demand, the inventory management of retail enterprises has become a key factor affecting the operational efficiency, capital flow and profitability of enterprises. At present, retail enterprises are generally faced with challenges such as high capital occupation, low inventory turnover, increased expired loss and rising cost of stock shortage. These problems not only weaken the market competitiveness of enterprises, also increase the operating costs, restricted the sustainable development of the enterprise, this paper first analyzes the importance of retail enterprise inventory cost control and its present situation, points out that the main reasons for poor inventory management including inaccurate demand forecast, insufficient supply chain coordination, backward information system and inventory strategy is unreasonable, etc. Subsequently, the paper puts forward solutions from multiple dimensions: one is to strengthen the accuracy of demand prediction, and use big data and artificial intelligence technology to optimize the prediction model; the second is to strengthen supply chain coordination, build information sharing platform, improve the overall response speed of the supply chain; the third is to upgrade the inventory management information system to realize real-time tracking and intelligent analysis of inventory data; the fourth is to implement refined inventory strategy, such as using JIT (on-time production) inventory management and ABC classification management, to reduce the inventory cost and ensure the stability of supply.
