摘 要：随着农村劳动力大量向城市转移，农村进城务工人员子女的教育问题日益凸显，成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文全面剖析了农村进城务工人员子女在教育领域面临的诸多挑战，包括教育资源分配不均、融入城市教育体系的困难、教育质量参差不齐以及心理健康问题等。通过对这些问题的深入探讨，本文揭示了其背后的制度因素、社会经济因素、家庭因素及学生自身因素等多重成因。针对上述问题，本文提出了一系列切实可行的对策措施。这些措施旨在从多方面入手，共同促进农村进城务工人员子女教育问题的有效解决。

Problems and countermeasures of education of children of rural migrant workers in cities

Abstract：With the large number of rural labor force transfer to the city, the education problem of the children of rural migrant workers has become increasingly prominent, and has become the focus of all sectors of society. This paper comprehensively analyzes the challenges faced by children of rural migrant workers in the field of education, including uneven distribution of educational resources, difficulties in integrating into the urban education system, uneven quality of education, and mental health problems. Through the in-depth discussion of these problems, this paper reveals the system factors, social economic factors, family factors and students' own factors behind the multiple causes. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward a series of practical countermeasures. These measures are aimed at starting from various aspects to jointly promote the effective solution of the education problem of the children of rural migrant workers in cities.
