智能制造系统中的人工智能技术应用研究

摘要

随着科技的飞速发展和制造业的转型升级,智能制造系统已成为推动工业4.0进程的核心力量。智能制造系统通过集成物联网、大数据、云计算等先进技术,实现了生产过程的智能化、自动化与高效化。然而,人工智能技术在智能制造系统中的应用仍处于不断探索和完善阶段。尽管其在智能感知、决策优化、控制执行及服务运维等方面展现出巨大潜力,但仍面临技术成熟度不足、标准化与规范化缺失、人才短缺及安全隐私保护等多重挑战。因此,深入研究人工智能技术在智能制造系统中的应用,分析其存在的问题并提出相应的提升对策,对于推动智能制造的持续发展具有重要意义。阐述了智能制造系统的定义、特点、发展历程与趋势,并分析了其关键技术如物联网、大数据与云计算在智能制造中的应用。随后,详细探讨了人工智能技术在智能制造系统中的四大应用领域:智能感知与数据处理、智能决策与优化、智能控制与执行以及智能服务与运维。针对当前应用过程中存在的技术成熟度不足、标准化与规范化缺失、人才培养与团队建设滞后以及安全与隐私保护等问题,本文提出了加强技术研发与创新、完善标准体系与规范化建设、强化人才培养与团队建设以及加强安全防护与隐私保护等提升对策。旨在为智能制造系统中的人工智能技术应用提供理论支持和实践指导,推动智能制造行业的健康发展。

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, intelligent manufacturing system has become the core force driving the process of industry 4.0. Through the integration of the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and other advanced technologies, the intelligent manufacturing system realizes the intelligence, automation and high efficiency of the production process. However, the application of artificial intelligence technology in the intelligent manufacturing system is still in the stage of continuous exploration and improvement. Although it has shown great potential in intelligent perception, decision optimization, control execution and service operation and maintenance, it still faces multiple challenges such as lack of technology maturity, lack of standardization and standardization, talent shortage and security and privacy protection. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of intelligent manufacturing to deeply study the application of artificial intelligence technology, analyze the existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of intelligent manufacturing system. This paper expounds the definition, characteristics, development process and trend of the intelligent manufacturing system, and analyzes the application of its key technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data and cloud computing in the intelligent manufacturing. Subsequently, the four major application fields of artificial intelligence technology in the intelligent manufacturing system are discussed in detail: intelligent perception and data processing, intelligent decision-making and optimization, intelligent control and execution, and intelligent service and operation and maintenance. In view of the current application in the process of technology maturity, lack of standardization and standardization, talent training and team building lag and security and privacy protection, this paper puts forward to strengthen technology research and development and innovation, improve the standard system and standardization construction, strengthen personnel training and team building and strengthen security protection and privacy protection countermeasures. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the application of artificial intelligence technology in the intelligent manufacturing system, and promote the healthy development of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
