摘 要
本文探讨了劳动力成本的概念、构成、衡量方法、上涨因素及其对企业的影响,并提出应对策略。文章首先定义了劳动力成本,包括直接薪酬、社会保险费用和员工福利等。介绍了三种衡量方法:直接成本法、单位劳动力成本法和综合指标法。分析了劳动力成本上涨的三大因素:薪资期望增长、最低工资标准调整和市场需求增长。上涨导致生产成本增加、利润空间压缩、产品价格上涨压力增大、投资意愿减弱和经营风险增加。为应对挑战,提出优化成本结构、提高生产效率、开拓新市场、提高品牌附加值、加强内部投资和风险管理等策略,帮助企业在劳动力成本上涨中实现可持续发展。

RESEARCH ON THE COUNTERMEASURES OF ENTERPRISES TO DEAL WITH THE RISING LABOR COST
ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the concept, composition, measurement method, rising factors and their impact on enterprises, and proposes coping strategies. The article first defines labor costs, including direct compensation, social insurance costs, and employee benefits. Three measurement methods are introduced: direct cost method, unit labor cost method and comprehensive index method. It analyzes the three main factors of rising labor cost: wage expectation growth, minimum wage standard adjustment and market demand growth. The rise leads to an increase in production costs, compressed profit margins, increased upward pressure on product prices, weakened investment willingness and increased operating risks. In order to meet the challenges, it puts forward strategies such as optimizing cost structure, improving production efficiency, exploring new markets, increasing brand added value, and strengthening internal investment and risk management, so as to help enterprises achieve sustainable development in the rising labor costs.
