本文首先概述了数字化转型的定义及其驱动力,指出数字化转型是企业利用数字技术和数据资源,重塑业务模式、优化运营流程、提升竞争力的过程。其核心要素包括数据驱动、技术赋能和组织与文化变革,三者相辅相成,共同推动企业的数字化转型进程。随后,文章分析了传统零售业转型的必要性,指出市场需求与消费者行为的变化、竞争环境的压力以及技术进步与创新的推动是促使传统零售业转型的主要原因。现代消费者需求日益多样化与个性化,偏好快速变化,对个性化服务的需求不断增加,同时市场竞争加剧,技术人才短缺和数据安全风险等问题也对传统零售业构成了挑战。针对这些挑战,文章提出了数字化转型下传统零售业的转型策略,包括通过市场细分实现精准营销,灵活调整产品线以满足消费者需求,提供定制化服务以增强顾客体验;实施差异化竞争策略,加强品牌建设以提升市场影响力;内部培养与晋升技术人才,为数字化转型提供人才支持;同时加强网络安全防护,确保数据安全,为企业的数字化转型保驾护航。

Abstract
This article first outlines the definition and driving forces of digital transformation, pointing out that digital transformation is the process by which enterprises use digital technology and data resources to reshape business models, optimize operational processes, and enhance competitiveness. Its core elements include data-driven, technology empowerment, and organizational and cultural change, which complement each other and jointly promote the digital transformation process of enterprises. Subsequently, the article analyzed the necessity of transforming the traditional retail industry, pointing out that changes in market demand and consumer behavior, pressure from the competitive environment, and the promotion of technological progress and innovation are the main reasons for promoting the transformation of the traditional retail industry. Modern consumers have increasingly diverse and personalized demands, with rapidly changing preferences and increasing demand for personalized services. At the same time, intensified market competition, shortage of technical talents, and data security risks also pose challenges to the traditional retail industry. In response to these challenges, the article proposes transformation strategies for the traditional retail industry under digital transformation, including achieving precise marketing through market segmentation, flexibly adjusting product lines to meet consumer needs, and providing customized services to enhance customer experience; Implement differentiated competitive strategies, strengthen brand building to enhance market influence; Internally cultivate and promote technical talents to provide talent support for digital transformation; Simultaneously strengthening network security protection, ensuring data security, and safeguarding the digital transformation of enterprises.
