Abstract

This paper discusses the application of industrial Internet technology in the power system and its far-reaching influence. Detailed the definition of industrial Internet, development process and its core technology system, including sensor technology, cloud computing technology, big data analysis and artificial intelligence and other key elements of in-depth analysis, for understanding how to empower the power system to provide a solid theoretical basis. Focusing on the specific application of the industrial Internet in each link of the power system, including the power generation side, the transmission side, the distribution side and the power consumption side, showing how the industrial Internet improves the operation efficiency, reliability and flexibility of the power system through intelligent means. From improving the efficiency of power generation to optimizing the power grid dispatch, and then to promoting the intelligent management of the power consumption side, the application of the industrial Internet has injected new vitality into the comprehensive upgrade of the power system. It points out the challenges faced by the industrial Internet in the power system, such as technical risk and compatibility issues, data security and privacy protection, the uncertainty of economic risk and return on investment, and the difficulty of management and coordination. These challenges require us to attach great importance to and properly solve relevant problems while promoting the application of industrial Internet. In view of the above challenges, the corresponding response strategies are put forward, including strengthening technology research and development and standardization construction, building a comprehensive security protection system, optimizing resource allocation and investment strategy, and strengthening cross-department coordination and management innovation. These strategies aim to provide a strong guarantee for the wide application of the industrial Internet in the power system, and promote the development of the power industry to a more intelligent, green and efficient direction.
