发电厂继电保护故障诊断策略研究

本文探讨了发电厂继电保护系统的基本概念、构成、故障诊断方法以及面临的挑战与应对策略。介绍发电厂继电保护系统的架构、主要设备与元件以及系统运行流程,使读者对系统整体有了全面的认识。聚焦于发电厂继电保护故障诊断方法,介绍了经验判断法、数据检测法和信号状态分析法等几种主要诊断方法,并分析了它们在不同情况下的应用效果和优缺点。这些方法为后续的故障诊断工作提供了重要的技术支持。分析了发电厂继电保护故障诊断面临的诸多挑战。故障类型的多样性和故障原因的复杂性增加了诊断的难度;实时性和准确性的高要求对诊断技术和手段提出了更高的挑战;技术与设备的快速更新换代带来了兼容性和运维管理的新问题;最后,运维管理的复杂性和人员培训的不足也是当前亟待解决的问题。提出相应的应对策略,通过预防性维护策略,包括定期检测与评估和加强日常巡检,来降低故障发生的概率;积极引入智能化诊断技术,如智能诊断系统和实时监测与预警机制,提高故障诊断的准确性和效率;建立应急响应机制和快速恢复措施,确保在故障发生时能够迅速响应并恢复系统运行;通过技术与设备升级和反馈与改进机制,持续优化和改进发电厂继电保护系统的性能。

Abstract
This paper discusses the basic concepts, composition, fault diagnosis methods and challenges of power plant relay protection system. This paper introduces the architecture, main equipment and components and system operation process, so that the readers have a comprehensive understanding of the whole system. Focusing on the fault diagnosis method of relay protection in power plants, several main diagnostic methods such as empirical judgment method, data detection method and signal state analysis method are introduced, and their application effect and advantages and disadvantages in different situations are analyzed. These methods provide an important technical support for the subsequent fault diagnosis work. The challenges of power plant relay protection are analyzed. The diversity of failure types and the complexity of failure causes increase the difficulty of diagnosis; the high requirement of real-time and accuracy poses higher challenges to diagnostic technology and means; the rapid upgrading of technology and equipment brings new problems of compatibility and operation and maintenance management; finally, the complexity of operation and maintenance management and the shortage of personnel training are also urgent problems to be solved. Provide corresponding strategies to reduce the probability of failure through preventive maintenance strategy, including regular detection and evaluation and strengthening routine inspection; actively introduce intelligent diagnosis technology, such as intelligent diagnosis system and real-time monitoring and early warning mechanism to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis; establish emergency response mechanism and rapid recovery measures to ensure rapid response and restore system operation; continuously optimize and improve the performance of power plant relay protection system through technical and equipment upgrade and feedback and improvement mechanism.
