森林病虫害防控技术研究
摘 要
随着全球气候变化的加剧和人类活动的不断扩展，森林生态系统正面临着前所未有的挑战。森林病虫害作为影响森林健康的重要因素之一，其频发与扩散不仅严重破坏了森林资源，还对生态环境造成了深远的影响。本研究围绕森林病虫害防控技术展开，首先概述了森林病虫害的定义、分类及其对生态环境的影响，为后续研究提供了理论基础。本研究对当前森林病虫害防控技术进行了全面梳理，指出了防控技术单一、监测预警能力不足、管理体系不健全、资金投入不足、公众意识淡薄及专业人才短缺等技术、管理、社会认知和环境层面存在的主要问题。针对这些问题，本研究提出了加强技术研发与创新、完善监测预警体系、提高社会认知与人才培养、保护生态环境促进生态平衡等改进措施。其中，特别强调了推广生物防控技术和绿色防控技术的重要性，以及建立生态监测体系对于维护生态平衡的关键作用。

RESEARCH ON FOREST PEST AND PEST CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
ABSTRACT
With global climate change and human activities, forest ecosystems are facing unprecedented challenges. As one of the important factors affecting the forest health, the frequent occurrence and spread of forest diseases and insect pests not only seriously damage the forest resources, but also have a far-reaching impact on the ecological environment. This study focuses on forest pest control technology, first summarizes the definition and classification of forest diseases and pests and their impact on the ecological environment, and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research. This study makes a comprehensive review of the current forest pest prevention and control technology, and points out the main problems in technology, management, social cognition and environmental aspects, such as single prevention and control technology, insufficient monitoring and early warning capacity, imperfect management system, insufficient capital investment, weak public awareness and shortage of professional talents. In view of these problems, this research puts forward the improvement measures of strengthening the technology research and development and innovation, improving the monitoring and early warning system, improving the social cognition and talent training, protecting the ecological environment and promoting the ecological balance. Among them, the importance of the promotion of biological prevention and control technology and green prevention and control technology, and the key role of establishing an ecological monitoring system in maintaining the ecological balance are particularly emphasized.
