Abstract 
The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is profoundly changing the landscape of medical diagnosis. As a powerful data processing and analysis tool, the application of artificial intelligence in medical diagnosis has made remarkable progress, not only improving the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis, but also providing strong support for personalized treatment and precision medicine. This research focuses on the design and application of artificial intelligence in medical diagnosis, and deeply discusses its technical principle, application scenario and future development trend. In terms of technology design, we focused on the core technologies of artificial intelligence in medical diagnosis, including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc. By building a deep neural network model, we realize the automatic analysis and interpretation of medical images, pathological slides and other data, so as to assist doctors to make rapid and accurate diagnosis of diseases. In addition, we also use natural language processing technology to mine and analyze medical text data, extract useful diagnostic information, and provide decision support for doctors. In terms of application, we explored multiple application scenarios of artificial intelligence in medical diagnosis. For example, in tumor diagnosis, by training the deep learning model to recognize the characteristics of tumor cells, we realize the early detection and accurate positioning of tumors; In the diagnosis of heart disease, using artificial intelligence technology to automatically analyze ECG data, we help doctors quickly identify abnormal ECG signals, improving the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis. In addition, we also studied the application of artificial intelligence in assisting the diagnosis of hereditary diseases, infectious diseases, etc., demonstrating its broad potential in the field of medical diagnosis. With the continuous accumulation of medical data and the continuous progress of artificial intelligence technology, we believe that the application of artificial intelligence in medical diagnosis will be more extensive and in-depth.
