本篇文章研究了公司治理与企业社会责任之间的关系，探讨了两者之间的互动关系，以及如何促进共同发展。文章分为五个章节，分别为绪论、相关概念及理论基础、提出问题/影响因素/问题现状/影响、解决问题/优化策略和结论。在相关概念及理论基础这一章节中，作者详细介绍了公司治理和企业社会责任的概念和特点，并分析了两者之间的联系。在提出问题/影响因素/问题现状/影响章节中，作者分析了目前公司治理和企业社会责任在实践中面临的问题、政策法规环境、股权结构和企业文化等影响因素。在解决问题/优化策略章节中，作者提出了加强法律法规的制定和完善、优化公司治理结构和加强企业社会责任建设等策略，以推动共同发展。在结论部分中，作者总结了本研究的主要成果和贡献，并提出了局限和进一步研究方向的建议。

Abstract
This article examines the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, explores the interaction between the two, and how to promote mutual development. The article is divided into five chapters, which are respectively introduction, related concepts and theoretical basis, problem/influencing factors/problem status/influence, problem solving/optimization strategy and conclusion. In the chapter of related concepts and theoretical basis, the author introduces the concepts and characteristics of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility in detail, and analyzes the relationship between the two. In the chapter of raising problems/influencing factors/problem status/influence, the author analyzes the problems faced by corporate governance and CSR in practice, policy and regulatory environment, ownership structure and corporate culture and other influencing factors. In the chapter of solving problems/optimizing strategies, the author puts forward strategies such as strengthening the formulation and improvement of laws and regulations, optimizing corporate governance structure and strengthening the construction of corporate social responsibility in order to promote common development. In the conclusion part, the author summarizes the main achievements and contributions of this study, and puts forward the limitations and suggestions for further research direction.
