摘 要
本文深入探讨了小学英语学习动机不足的问题,并针对性地提出了提升策略。研究首先分析了导致小学生英语学习动机不足的主要原因,包括学习兴趣的缺乏、自我效能感低下、学习压力过大以及学习目标不明确等。这些原因不仅影响了学生的英语学习效果,也阻碍了他们语言能力的全面发展。针对学习兴趣缺乏的问题,本文提出了通过引入趣味元素、创设真实学习情境等策略,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习的主动性和积极性。对于自我效能感低下的情况,我们建议通过设定具体可达成的学习目标、提供及时的正面反馈以及帮助学生建立自我认同等方式,增强学生的自信心和动力。针对学习压力过大的问题,本文强调了合理安排学习时间、减轻学业负担以及提供心理支持的重要性。同时,我们提出要明确学生的学习目标,通过引导学生自我反思、提供学习指导和建议,帮助学生建立长远的学习规划,从而激发他们的学习热情和动力。本研究不仅分析了小学英语学习动机不足的原因,还从多个角度提出了切实可行的提升策略。这些策略旨在帮助教师更好地理解和满足学生的学习需求,促进他们的英语学习和发展。通过实施这些策略,我们期望能够有效提升小学生的英语学习动机,为他们的语言学习之路奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the problem of insufficient motivation for English learning in primary schools, and puts forward targeted improvement strategies. The study first analyzed the main reasons for the lack of English learning motivation, including the lack of learning interest, low self-efficacy, excessive learning pressure and unclear learning ob jectives. These reasons not only affect the students' English learning effect, but also hinder the overall development of their language ability. In view of the problem of lack of learning interest, this paper puts forward strategies such as introducing interest elements and creating real learning situations to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their initiative and enthusiasm in learning. In the case of low self-efficacy, we suggest enhancing students' confidence and motivation by setting specific learning goals, providing timely positive feedback, and helping students establish self-identity. Regarding the problem of excessive study pressure, this paper emphasizes the importance of rationally arranging study time, reducing academic burden and providing psychological support. At the same time, we proposed to clarify students' learning goals, by guiding students to self-reflection, provide learning guidance and suggestions, to help students establish long-term learning planning, so as to stimulate their enthusiasm and motivation for learning. This study not only analyzes the reasons for insufficient motivation for primary school English learning, but also proposes practical promotion strategies from several perspectives. These strategies are designed to help teachers better understand and meet students' learning needs and promote their English learning and development. By implementing these strategies, we expect to effectively improve the English learning motivation and lay a solid foundation for their language learning path.
