摘要


本文首先阐述了结构加固设计的基础理论和核心概念,强调了其在提升建筑结构安全性与耐久性中的重要作用。随后,文章深入分析了老旧住宅建筑的结构现状,包括其历史演变、结构损伤和病害的诊断方法,指出了加固设计的迫切性和重要性。在结构加固设计方式部分,详细讨论了结构评估、强度与刚度提升设计、抗震设计和加固等方面的内容。其中,结构评估是加固设计的基础,它帮助设计师全面了解建筑结构的现状,为后续的加固设计提供科学依据。强度与刚度提升设计则通过增加结构构件的尺寸、改变结构形式或使用新材料等方式,提高结构的承载能力和稳定性。抗震设计和加固则针对地震等自然灾害对建筑结构的影响,采取相应措施提高结构的抗震性能。最后,探讨了老旧住宅建筑结构加固施工技术的应用方式。加固构件的设置和固定、材料的选用和应用、预应力技术的应用以及外挂加固技术的实施等,都是确保加固施工质量和效果的关键环节。这些技术的应用不仅提高了加固施工的效率,也保证了加固后建筑结构的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract


This article first elaborates on the basic theory and core concepts of structural reinforcement design, emphasizing its important role in improving the safety and durability of building structures. Subsequently, the article conducted an in-depth analysis of the current structural status of old residential buildings, including their historical evolution, diagnostic methods for structural damage and diseases, and pointed out the urgency and importance of reinforcement design. In the section of structural reinforcement design methods, detailed discussions were conducted on aspects such as structural evaluation, strength and stiffness improvement design, seismic design, and reinforcement. Among them, structural evaluation is the foundation of reinforcement design, which helps designers comprehensively understand the current situation of building structures and provides scientific basis for subsequent reinforcement design. The design of enhancing strength and stiffness improves the load-bearing capacity and stability of the structure by increasing the size of structural components, changing the structural form, or using new materials. Seismic design and reinforcement are aimed at addressing the impact of natural disasters such as earthquakes on building structures, and corresponding measures are taken to improve the seismic performance of the structure. Finally, the application methods of structural reinforcement construction technology for old residential buildings were discussed. The setting and fixing of reinforcement components, the selection and application of materials, the application of prestressing technology, and the implementation of external reinforcement technology are all key links to ensure the quality and effectiveness of reinforcement construction. The application of these technologies not only improves the efficiency of reinforcement construction, but also ensures the safety and stability of the reinforced building structure.
