摘 要
本文探讨了精密机械零件的数字化加工技术的研究现状和未来发展方向。数字化加工技术是指采用计算机辅助设计、计算机数控加工和计算机辅助制造等技术,实现对机械零部件的加工。相较于传统的机械加工,数字化加工具有加工精度高、效率高、自动化程度高等优点,能够满足高精度零部件的制造需求。本文介绍了数字化加工技术的原理和应用,并探讨了数字化加工技术在精密机械零件加工中的应用及优势。此外,本文还展望了数字化加工技术的未来发展方向,包括加快数字化加工技术与智能化技术的深度融合、推进数字化加工技术与工业化生产的深度融合和加强数字化技术研发和产业化合作等。数字化加工技术在精密机械零件加工中具有广泛的应用前景和巨大的潜力。

Abstract
This paper discusses the research status and future development direction of the digital processing technology of precision mechanical parts. Digital processing technology refers to the use of computer-aided design, computer CNC processing and computer-aided manufacturing and other technologies to realize the processing of mechanical parts. Compared with the traditional mechanical processing, digital processing has the advantages of high processing accuracy, high efficiency and high degree of automation, which can meet the manufacturing needs of high-precision components. This paper introduces the principle and application of digital processing technology, and discusses the application and advantages of digital processing technology in the processing of precision mechanical parts. In addition, this paper also looks forward to the future development direction of digital processing technology, including accelerating the deep integration of digital processing technology and intelligent technology, promoting the deep integration of digital processing technology and industrial production, and strengthening the digital technology research and development and industrialization cooperation. Digital processing technology has a wide application prospect and great potential in the processing of precision machinery parts.
