企业薪酬管理中存在的主要问题及其解决措施探讨

摘要

企业薪酬管理作为人力资源管理中的核心组成部分,其有效性直接关系到企业员工的积极性和企业整体的竞争力。本研究首先概述了薪酬管理的概念与内涵,明确了薪酬管理包括基本工资、奖金、津贴、福利等多个组成要素,并探讨了薪酬管理的目标与功能,旨在通过合理的薪酬设计和管理达到吸引人才、留住人才、激励员工、提高员工满意度等目的。当前企业薪酬管理中存在一系列问题,如薪酬体系设计不合理、薪酬管理制度不完善、薪酬管理公平性不足以及薪酬管理激励作用有限等。这些问题不仅影响了员工的工作积极性和满意度,还可能影响企业的整体绩效和长期发展。针对这些问题,本研究提出了相应的解决措施。首先,需要优化薪酬体系设计,确保薪酬体系能够合理反映员工的工作价值和市场价值。其次,需要完善薪酬管理制度,加强制度的执行力和监督力度,确保薪酬管理的公正性和有效性。同时,还需要提升薪酬管理公平性,确保员工在薪酬分配中感受到公正和合理。最后,需要增强薪酬管理激励作用,通过多样化的激励方式和手段,激发员工的工作积极性和创造力。

Abstract


As a core component of human resource management, the effectiveness of enterprise salary management directly affects the enthusiasm of employees and the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. This study first outlines the concept and connotation of compensation management, clarifies that compensation management includes multiple components such as basic salary, bonuses, allowances, and benefits, and explores the goals and functions of compensation management, aiming to attract, retain, motivate, and improve employee satisfaction through reasonable compensation design and management. There are a series of problems in current enterprise salary management, such as unreasonable salary system design, imperfect salary management system, insufficient fairness in salary management, and limited incentive effect of salary management. These issues not only affect the work enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees, but may also affect the overall performance and long-term development of the enterprise. In response to these issues, this study proposes corresponding solutions. Firstly, it is necessary to optimize the design of the compensation system to ensure that it can reasonably reflect the work value and market value of employees. Secondly, it is necessary to improve the salary management system, strengthen the execution and supervision of the system, and ensure the fairness and effectiveness of salary management. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the fairness of salary management and ensure that employees feel fair and reasonable in salary distribution. Finally, it is necessary to enhance the incentive effect of salary management, and stimulate employees' work enthusiasm and creativity through diversified incentive methods and means.
