摘要
净月潭作为国内著名的旅游景点之一，其空间规划与优化至关重要。本文从净月潭景区的地理环境及旅游资源特色入手，分析了现状中存在的矛盾与不足，进而提出相应的优化建议。针对现状中建设与保护之间的矛盾，建议坚持生态优先原则，充分保障生态环境的稳定；通过路网和步道优化，提升游客满意度；加强行政协调机制，优化管理方式，提高管理效率。同时，为了实现更科学，更有效的空间规划，还建议加强科技赋能，利用GIS技术等现代科技手段，对景区内部的空间分布及使用状况进行分析，从而制定更具体、更切实可行的规划方案。

Abstract
As one of the famous tourist attractions in China, the spatial planning and optimization of Jingyue Lake are crucial. This article starts with the geographical environment and tourism resource characteristics of Jingyuetan Scenic Area, analyzes the contradictions and shortcomings in the current situation, and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions. In response to the contradiction between construction and protection in the current situation, it is recommended to adhere to the principle of ecological priority and fully ensure the stability of the ecological environment; Improve tourist satisfaction through road network and pedestrian optimization; Strengthen administrative coordination mechanisms, optimize management methods, and improve management efficiency. At the same time, in order to achieve more scientific and effective spatial planning, it is also recommended to strengthen technological empowerment and use modern technological means such as GIS to analyze the spatial distribution and usage status within the scenic area, in order to develop more specific and practical planning plans.
