Abstract


As an important fresh water resource, groundwater is of great significance to maintain the ecological balance and meet the needs of human production and life. However, with the development of economy and society, the problem of groundwater overexploitation is becoming increasingly serious, leading to the decline of groundwater level, the deterioration of water quality, and even causing environmental problems such as land subsidence. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to deeply explore the treatment and restoration technology of groundwater overmining area. This paper first analyzes the present situation and influence of groundwater overextraction area, including water level decline, water quality deterioration, ecosystem degradation, and reveals the serious harm of overextraction to the ecological environment and human society. Then, this paper discusses in detail the governance strategy of groundwater extraction area, including clear governance ob jectives and principles, the implementation of strict groundwater control, strengthen water resources scheduling and management, implementation of water supply and ecological restoration, aims to effectively curb the momentum of groundwater extraction through comprehensive measures, this paper system introduces the extraction and recharge technology, biological restoration technology, chemical repair technology, physical repair technology and joint repair methods, and the scope of application, operation points and effect evaluation. These repair technology for different types of pollutants and groundwater conditions, have their own advantages and limitations, need to choose according to the actual situation and application, this paper emphasizes the urgency and long-term, put forward to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations, promote scientific and technological innovation, raise public awareness, in order to provide scientific guidance for governance and repair of groundwater area and practical reference. Through the discussion of this paper, it aims to promote the rational utilization and protection of groundwater resources and realize the coordinated development of economic society and ecological environment.
