跨海大桥承台腐蚀问题及防治措施

摘要

随着全球经济的快速发展和国际交流的日益频繁,跨海大桥作为连接不同海域、岛屿乃至国家的重要交通设施,其建设数量与规模日益增加。跨海大桥不仅为人们的出行提供了便利,也极大地促进了区域经济的发展和文化的交流。本研究聚焦于跨海大桥承台腐蚀问题,首先概述了跨海大桥承台的基本概念及其在桥梁结构中的重要性。随后,详细阐述了腐蚀的基本理论,包括腐蚀的基本原理、类型与机制,以及影响腐蚀的关键因素。在此基础上,对承台腐蚀的原因进行了深入分析,从环境因素、材料因素和设计施工因素等多个角度进行了综合考量。接着,对承台腐蚀可能带来的危害进行了全面评估,包括结构性能损害、桥梁使用寿命缩短、安全性与可靠性降低以及经济效益损失等方面。最后,针对承台腐蚀问题,本研究提出了相应的防治措施,包括防腐材料与技术应用、结构设计优化措施、施工质量控制措施以及监测与维护管理策略等。通过本研究的深入探讨,旨在为跨海大桥承台的防腐工作提供理论依据和实践指导,确保桥梁的安全、稳定和持久运行。

Abstract


With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasing frequency of international exchanges, the number and scale of cross sea bridges, as important transportation facilities connecting different sea areas, islands, and even countries, are increasing day by day. The cross sea bridge not only provides convenience for people's travel, but also greatly promotes regional economic development and cultural exchange. This study focuses on the corrosion problem of cross sea bridge piers. Firstly, the basic concept of cross sea bridge piers and their importance in bridge structures are outlined. Subsequently, the basic theory of corrosion was elaborated in detail, including the basic principles, types and mechanisms of corrosion, as well as the key factors affecting corrosion. On this basis, an in-depth analysis was conducted on the reasons for the corrosion of the bearing platform, taking into account multiple perspectives such as environmental factors, material factors, and design and construction factors. Subsequently, a comprehensive assessment was conducted on the potential hazards of corrosion on the bearing platform, including structural performance damage, shortened bridge service life, reduced safety and reliability, and loss of economic benefits. Finally, in response to the corrosion problem of the pier cap, this study proposes corresponding prevention and control measures, including anti-corrosion materials and technology applications, structural design optimization measures, construction quality control measures, and monitoring and maintenance management strategies. Through in-depth exploration of this study, the aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the anti-corrosion work of cross sea bridge piers, ensuring the safety, stability, and sustainable operation of the bridge.
