随着水利水电工程的快速发展,其对河流生态系统的影响日益显著。为了实现经济、社会与生态环境的和谐发展,河流生态修复技术成为水利水电工程中不可或缺的一环。本文深入探讨了河流生态修复在水利水电工程中的应用,旨在提出有效的修复策略,以减轻工程对河流生态系统的负面影响,并促进生态系统的自我恢复能力。研究首先分析了水利水电工程对河流生态系统的影响,包括水流变化、水位波动、水质污染以及生物群落多样性减少等方面。针对这些问题,本文系统梳理了河流生态修复的理论基础和技术方法,包括水质改善、水文情势恢复、河流地貌修复、生物群落多样性恢复以及综合管理与监测等方面。在实际应用中,结合具体的水利水电工程案例,本文详细阐述了生态修复技术的实施过程及其效果评估。通过采取合适的生态修复措施,可以有效地改善河流生态系统的健康状况,增强河流的自我调节和适应能力。同时,生态修复技术的实施还有助于提高水利水电工程的综合效益,实现经济、社会和环境的共赢。

Abstract
With the rapid development of water conservancy and hydropower projects, its influence on the river ecosystem is becoming increasingly significant. In order to realize the harmonious development of economy, society and ecological environment, the river ecological restoration technology has become an indispensable link in the water conservancy and hydropower projects. This paper explores the application of river ecological restoration in water conservancy and hydropower projects, aiming to propose effective restoration strategies to reduce the negative impact of engineering on the river ecosystem and promote the self-recovery ability of the ecosystem. The paper first analyzed the impact of water conservancy and hydropower projects on the river ecosystem, including water flow change, water level fluctuation, water pollution and the reduction of biome diversity. In view of these problems, this paper has systematically sorted out the theoretical basis and technical methods of river ecological restoration, including water quality improvement, hydrological situation restoration, river landform restoration, biological community diversity restoration, and comprehensive management and monitoring. In practical application, combined with specific cases of water conservancy and hydropower projects, this paper expounds the implementation process of ecological restoration technology and its effect evaluation. By adopting appropriate ecological restoration measures, the health status of the river ecosystem can be effectively improved, and the self-regulation and adaptability can be enhanced. At the same time, the implementation of ecological restoration technology also helps to improve the comprehensive benefits of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and achieve win-win results in economy, society and environment.
