水下钢结构腐蚀控制与防护技术研究

摘  要
本文研究了水下钢结构腐蚀控制与防护技术,防止水下钢结构的腐蚀损伤,延长其使用寿命,并提高其安全性和可靠性。文章首先介绍了水下钢结构腐蚀的原因和机理,其次总结了目前已经应用的水下钢结构腐蚀控制技术,包括防腐涂料、电化学防腐和阴极保护等。然后详细介绍了水下钢结构腐蚀防护技术,包括防护涂料技术、渗透保护技术、电化学防腐技术和阴极保护技术等,分析了各种技术的原理、特点、优缺点及适用范围。我们发现,水下钢结构腐蚀控制与防护技术已经在实际工程中得到了广泛应用,并取得了显著的效果,使得水下钢结构的腐蚀损伤得到有效控制,从而延长了使用寿命,提高了安全性和可靠性。最后,我们对本文的研究进行了总结和展望,为进一步推进水下钢结构腐蚀控制与防护技术的发展提出了建议。

Abstract


This paper studies the corrosion control and protection technologies of underwater steel structures, in order to prevent corrosion damage and extend their service life, as well as to improve their safety and reliability. Firstly, the causes and mechanisms of corrosion of underwater steel structures are introduced, and then the corrosion control technologies, such as anti-corrosion coatings, electrochemical corrosion protection, and cathodic protection, which are currently applied in practice, are summarized. Then, the corrosion protection technologies of underwater steel structures are detailed, including coating protection technology, permeation protection technology, electrochemical corrosion protection technology, and cathodic protection technology, and the principles, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and applicable scope of various technologies are analyzed. It is found that the corrosion control and protection technologies of underwater steel structures have been widely applied in practical engineering and have achieved significant effects, effectively controlling the corrosion damage of underwater steel structures, thereby extending their service life, and improving their safety and reliability. Finally, the research of this paper is summarized and prospects for the further development of the corrosion control and protection technologies of underwater steel structures are provided, and suggestions for its promotion are made.
