摘要
本论文主要研究了人口老龄化给我国的社会保障制度带来的挑战和对策。首先，本文对本文的研究背景与意义、研究目的与方法进行了阐述，并对有关人口老龄化与社会保障制度的相关概念及理论依据进行了梳理，并回顾了国内外的研究成果。在此基础上，本文对我国养老保险、医疗保险和社会福利体系所产生的冲击与压力进行了分析。在此基础上，本课题从完善社会保障体系、促进经济发展、强化政策导向三个方面，对提高我国养老保险、医疗保障和社会保障体系运行的有效性与可持续性，从政府、社会和个体三个层次，分别从政府、社会和个体三个层次对其采取的对策进行研究。最后，对本文的结论、研究成果进行了归纳，并对研究的局限性及前景进行了展望。

Abstract
This article aims at probing into the challenges and countermeasures of the aging population. First of all, this article introduces the background, meaning, aim and method of the study. Meanwhile, the paper also summarizes the relevant concepts and theories of population aging and the social security system, and reviews the domestic and foreign related literature. Then, the author analyses the existing problems in the social security system and the impact of the aging population on the old-age insurance, the health insurance and the social security system. In order to solve these problems, the author puts forward some optimal strategies, such as improving social security system, promoting economic development, strengthening policy guidance, and making a deep discussion on how to increase the efficiency and sustainability of old age, health insurance and social security system. In the end, the conclusion of the study, the analysis of the results, the limitations of the study and the prospect of the future, which will be helpful for the further study of the aging of the population and the social security system.
