摘要
本论文主要针对流水线生产线上先进的机器人控制系统,探索其在提升流水线作业效率与品质上所发挥的重要作用。论文首先分析了目前在流水生产线上采用的传统机器人控制技术的现状及存在的问题,并提出了一种新型的基于机器人的自动化控制系统。在此基础上,论文对高级机器人的控制理论及其在机器人控制中的应用进行了深入的研究。在此基础上,结合具体实例,阐述了目前先进机器人控制系统在流水生产线上的运用,并对其存在的优点与存在的问题进行了归纳,并对其进行了展望。最后,论文对目前在装配线上使用的先进机器人控制系统进行了综述,并对其发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract
In this paper, the application of advanced robot control system in pipeline production is discussed. The purpose of this paper is to study the superiority and effectiveness of the advanced robot control system. In this paper, the status quo and limitation of the traditional robot control system in pipeline production are introduced. Then, the basic theory and application of the advanced robot control system are described in detail, including the control algorithm of the robot and the path planning. Then, the application of the advanced robot in pipeline production is discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the advanced robot in the pipeline production are discussed. At last, the status and methods of the advanced robot control system in pipeline production are summarized, and the developing trend of the advanced robot control system in pipeline production is forecasted. Three key points of this paper are: Robot Control System, Pipeline Production, Advanced Technology.
