Abstract
In this paper, taking H company as an example, the paper researches the problem of the front line staff turnover and the management tactics and measures. In this paper, the author first introduced the research background and meaning, and analyzed the related concepts and theory foundation of front line staff and staff turnover. Then, by analyzing the causes of the loss of the front line staff, the author points out that the compensation system is not good enough, the inner management mechanism is not rational, and the development of career planning is not comprehensive. The concrete tactics are to optimize the incentive system, perfect the career development and growth mechanism, and strengthen the guarantee system of human resource management. At last, this article offers a solution to the problem of the front line staff turnover, which can be used for reference in the industry. To sum up, the research has carried out deep analysis and proposed the solution to the problem of the front line staff turnover. It is of great practical and practical significance.
