摘要
本论文以“风机叶片性能分析及优化设计”为主题,从结构与性能分析、优化设计、制造及试验四个方面开展了系统的研究。本文首先对风电叶片的结构与分类、性能指标与影响因素、性能测试方法与准则进行了阐述,为风电叶片的进一步研究奠定了基础。第二章,对风机叶片进行了数值仿真与优化设计,试验设计与优化方法,选材与优化,为科研人员提出了不同的优化方案。第三章,对风电叶片的加工工艺、工艺检测与质量控制、性能测试与评估等方面进行了较为详尽的论述,以期为风电叶片的生产规范与质量控制提供参考。论文的第四章主要阐述了实验的设计与数据处理,数据的采集与分析,并对实验结果进行了分析,为本课题的研究工作提供了数据支撑。最后,对全文进行了总结,并对今后的研究进行了展望。本项目的研究成果将有助于对已有风电机组的结构与性能进行优化,提升风电机组的运行效率,促进新能源的可再生利用。

Abstract
In this paper, the performance analysis and optimum design of wind turbine blades are studied systematically from the aspects of structure, performance, optimum design, fabrication and testing. In chapter 1, the structure, classification, performance index, influential factors, performance testing and assessment criteria of wind turbine blades are introduced in this paper. In chapter 2, the paper discusses the optimum design, experiment design and optimization, material selection and structure optimization. In the third chapter, the paper expounds the manufacturing technology, process inspection, quality control, performance test and assessment, which can be used as a reference for the industry. In chapter 4, we introduce the experiment design, data processing, data collecting and analyzing method, experiment result and data analysis. At last, the conclusion part makes a summary of the research results and forecasts the future research direction. The results of this research will contribute to the optimization of the structure and performance of existing wind turbine blades, as well as to increase the efficiency of wind energy.
