摘 要:随着全球化的深入发展,多元文化教育已成为教育领域的重要议题。学前教育作为儿童成长的奠基阶段,多元文化教育的融入尤为关键。然而,当前学前教育中普遍存在着缺乏多元文化融入的问题,这不仅影响了儿童对多元文化的认知与理解,也限制了他们的跨文化交流能力的发展。因此,本文旨在深入探讨学前教育中多元文化融入的缺失问题,并提出相应的对策,以期为我国学前教育的多元化发展提供参考。当前学前教育中多元文化融入的缺失主要表现在以下几个方面:首先,教育内容单一,缺乏对多元文化的展示与介绍;其次,教育方式传统,缺乏创新,难以激发儿童对多元文化的兴趣;再次,教师缺乏多元文化教育的意识和能力,无法有效地引导儿童理解和尊重不同文化。造成这一问题的原因多种多样。一方面,传统教育观念的影响根深蒂固,导致多元文化教育难以得到足够的重视;另一方面,教育资源分配不均,缺乏专门针对多元文化教育的教材和教学资源;此外,教师培训体系不完善,缺乏多元文化教育的相关培训内容。针对上述问题,本文提出以下对策:首先,更新教育观念,强调多元文化教育的重要性,推动其在学前教育中的普及;其次,丰富教育资源,开发多元文化教育的教材和教具,为学前教育提供有力支持;再次,加强教师培训,提高教师的多元文化意识和教育能力,使他们能够更好地引导儿童理解和尊重不同文化;最后,加强家园合作,鼓励家长参与儿童的多元文化教育,形成教育合力。学前教育中缺乏多元文化融入的问题亟待解决。通过更新教育观念、丰富教育资源、加强教师培训以及加强家园合作等措施的实施,我们可以推动学前教育的多元化发展,为培养具有全球视野和跨文化交流能力的儿童奠定坚实基础。

Abstract: With the development of globalization, multicultural education has become an important issue in the field of education. Preschool education as the foundation stage of children's growth, the integration of multicultural education is particularly critical. However, there is a general lack of multicultural integration in preschool education at present, which not only affects children's cognition and understanding of multiculturalism, but also limits the development of their cross-cultural communication ability. Therefore, this paper aims to deeply explore the lack of multicultural integration in preschool education, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the diversified development of preschool education in China. At present, the lack of multicultural integration in preschool education is mainly reflected in the following aspects: First, the content of education is single, and the lack of display and introduction of multi-culture; Secondly, traditional education methods, lack of innovation, it is difficult to stimulate children's interest in multicultural; Thirdly, teachers lack the awareness and ability of multicultural education to effectively guide children to understand and respect different cultures. The reasons for this problem are various. On the one hand, the influence of traditional educational concepts is deeply rooted, which makes it difficult for multicultural education to get enough attention; On the other hand, the distribution of educational resources is uneven, and there is a lack of textbooks and teaching resources specifically for multicultural education. In addition, the teacher training system is not perfect, and there is a lack of training content related to multicultural education. To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: First, renew the concept of education, emphasize the importance of multicultural education, and promote its popularization in preschool education; Secondly, we should enrich educational resources, develop teaching materials and AIDS for multicultural education, and provide strong support for preschool education. Third, strengthen the training of teachers to enhance their multicultural awareness and educational capacity, so that they can better guide children to understand and respect different cultures; Finally, strengthen home cooperation, encourage parents to participate in children's multicultural education, and form a joint educational force. The lack of multicultural integration in preschool education needs to be addressed urgently. Through the implementation of measures such as updating educational concepts, enriching educational resources, strengthening teacher training and strengthening home cooperation, we can promote the diversified development of preschool education and lay a solid foundation for cultivating children with global vision and intercultural communication ability.
