公办幼儿园幼小衔接的现状及对策研究

Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the current situation of public kindergartens, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. The study found that there are many problems in the process of kindergarten connection in public kindergartens, such as the serious phenomenon of primary school, insufficient activity planning and organization, low participation between parents and the community, and lack of teachers' ability and training. These problems not only affect the overall development of children, but also restrict the effective promotion of the connection between preschool and preschool work. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a series of specific improvement strategies. Firstly, the educational concept should be adjusted to emphasize the role of games and experience in children's learning, and reduce the phenomenon of primary school; secondly, strengthen the planning and organization of activities to ensure the diversity and interest of the activities and enhance the participation of parents and community, and establish a stable cooperation mechanism to jointly promote the connection of teachers and finally, enhance teachers' training and motivation, and ensure the effective implementation of the connection work. Through the implementation of these improvement strategies, we can effectively solve the problems existing in the current kindergarten connection in public kindergartens, promote the comprehensive development of children, and improve the quality and effect of the connection between kindergarten and primary schools. At the same time, these strategies also provide useful reference and reference for other kindergartens and educational institutions, and help to promote the healthy development of the whole early childhood education cause.
