大班幼儿同伴合作学习困境及优化策略研究
本文深入探讨了大班幼儿同伴合作学习过程中面临的困境,并针对性地提出了优化策略。研究发现,大班幼儿在同伴合作学习中常遇到互动障碍、合作能力不足、任务难度与幼儿能力不匹配以及班级管理制度不完善等挑战。互动障碍主要表现为幼儿间沟通不畅,缺乏有效沟通技巧;合作能力不足则体现在幼儿难以协调各自角色,共同完成任务;任务难度与幼儿能力不匹配则导致合作活动难以引起幼儿兴趣;而班级管理制度的不完善则进一步加剧了合作学习的困难。针对这些困境,本文提出了一系列优化策略。首先,通过角色扮演、故事讲解等活动提升幼儿的沟通技巧,营造积极和谐的班级氛围,鼓励幼儿主动交流。其次,设计适合大班幼儿年龄特点和兴趣爱好的合作任务,提供丰富的材料和设备支持,同时注重培养幼儿的合作习惯和责任感。再次,针对任务难度与幼儿能力不匹配的问题,教师应根据幼儿的实际水平进行个性化任务设计,并在合作过程中提供必要的指导和帮助。最后,完善班级管理制度,明确教师角色定位,建立激励机制,以激发幼儿的合作意愿和动力。

Abstract
This paper discusses the dilemma of peer cooperative learning in the big class, and puts forward targeted optimization strategies. The study found that children in older class often encounter challenges such as interaction barriers, insufficient cooperation ability, mismatch between task difficulty and children's ability, and imperfect class management system. The interaction obstacle is mainly manifested in the poor communication between children and the lack of effective communication skills; the lack of cooperative ability is reflected in children's difficulty to coordinate their roles and complete tasks together; the task difficulty and the difficulty of cooperative activities to attract children's interest; and the imperfect class management system further aggravates the difficulty of cooperative learning. To address these dilemmas, this paper proposes a series of optimization strategies. First of all, improve children's communication skills through role-playing and story explanation activities, create a positive and harmonious class atmosphere, and encourage children to communicate actively. Secondly, design cooperation tasks suitable for the age characteristics and interests of big class children, provide rich materials and equipment support, and pay attention to cultivate children's cooperation habits and sense of responsibility. Thirdly, in view of the mismatch between task difficulty and children's ability, teachers should make personalized task design according to children's actual level, and provide necessary guidance and help in the process of cooperation. Finally, improve the class management system, clarify the role positioning of teachers, and establish an incentive mechanism to stimulate children's cooperation willingness and motivation.
