Abstract

With the global emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development, the construction industry is facing a demand for innovation in traditional materials and methods. As a fundamental part of construction engineering, pile driving engineering has become a hot research topic in terms of the environmental friendliness, efficiency, and durability of its materials. Starting from the types and characteristics of new environmentally friendly materials, this article delves into the application of these materials in pile driving engineering and the technological innovation and environmental benefits they bring. Firstly, the article outlines the classification and characteristics of new environmentally friendly materials, emphasizing their advantages in engineering applications, including sustainability, resource conservation, recycling, and optimization of construction efficiency and cost. Next, the technical principles and requirements of pile driving engineering were introduced in detail, especially the principles of material selection, such as performance matching, supply convenience, and safety evaluation. On this basis, the selection and evaluation process of new environmentally friendly materials in pile driving engineering were analyzed, as well as how these materials affect the pile driving process and the overall quality of the project. In addition, the potential of new environmentally friendly materials in improving the sustainable development of pile driving engineering was also explored. Finally, the application prospects of new environmentally friendly materials in pile driving engineering were discussed, including environmental trends, intelligent construction technology, advanced materials and structural design, and the development of intelligent monitoring and maintenance systems.
