摘要

本研究通过深入探讨小学阶段学生创造力培养的理论基础与影响因素,揭示了创造力培养的核心概念、构成要素以及理论框架,为全面理解创造力培养提供了理论支撑。系统分析了小学阶段学生创造力培养在教学实践中的存在问题,包括教学方式单一、学科边缘化、评价体系不全面以及教师专业素质不足等挑战。为了有效解决这些问题,本研究提出了针对性的教学策略,包括引入创新教学方法以激发学生的创新思维,通过跨学科整合拓宽学生的知识视野,建立多元化评价体系以全面评估学生的创造力发展,并加强教师培训以提升教师在创造力培养方面的专业素质。还深入探讨了教学方式、学习资源、评价方式以及教师因素等对学生创造力培养的影响,为进一步优化教学策略提供了依据。本研究旨在通过全面而深入的研究,为小学阶段学生创造力培养提供切实可行的教学策略和建议,以促进学生创造力的全面发展,为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才奠定坚实基础。

Abstract

By deeply exploring the theoretical basis and influencing factors of creativity cultivation of primary school students, this study reveals the core concepts, constituent elements and theoretical fr amework of creativity cultivation, which provides theoretical support for a comprehensive understanding of creativity cultivation. This paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the teaching practice of the primary school students' creativity cultivation, including the single teaching method, the marginalization of subjects, the incomplete evaluation system and the lack of teachers' professional quality. In order to effectively solve these problems, this study proposes targeted teaching strategies, including introducing innovative teaching methods to stimulate students' innovative thinking, broadening students' knowledge horizons through interdisciplinary integration, establishing a diversified evaluation system to comprehensively evaluate students' creativity development, and strengthening teacher training to enhance teachers' professional quality in creativity cultivation. The influences of teaching methods, learning resources, evaluation methods and teacher factors on the cultivation of students' creativity are also discussed, which provides a basis for further optimization of teaching strategies. Through comprehensive and in-depth research, this study aims to provide practical teaching strategies and suggestions for the cultivation of creativity of primary school students, so as to promote the all-round development of students' creativity and lay a solid foundation for cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
