摘要
《老人与海》是海明威的经典之作，不仅展示了主人公圣地亚哥的坚韧不拔和英雄主义精神，还深刻探讨了自然哲学的内涵。本文旨在分析小说中英雄主义与自然哲学的体现及其意义。英雄主义在圣地亚哥与大马林鱼的搏斗中得以展现，他的坚韧和勇气体现了个人英雄主义，并对失败进行了重新定义，展现了精神胜利的重要性。小说通过大海的描绘，探讨了人与自然的关系，揭示了自然的象征性意义、人与自然的对话、自然的不可控性以及人与自然和谐共生的理念。英雄主义与自然哲学在小说中相互融合，圣地亚哥的英雄行为在自然环境中得到了体现，同时自然环境也强化了其英雄主义精神。自然哲学思想塑造了英雄形象，英雄与自然之间的共生关系体现了两者之间的和谐与共生共荣。本文认为，《老人与海》不仅启示了人类与自然的关系，也传承和发扬了英雄主义精神，深入探索了自然哲学思想，具有重要的文学和哲学价值。

Abstract
The Old Man and the Sea is Hemingway's classic work, which not only shows the hero Santiago's perseverance and heroism, but also deeply explores the connotation of natural philosophy. This paper aims to analyze the embodiment and significance of heroism and natural philosophy in the novel. Heroism was on display in San Diego's fight against the Marlins, where his tenacity and courage embodied individual heroism and redefined defeat to show the importance of spiritual victory. Through the depiction of the sea, the novel explores the relationship between man and nature, revealing the symbolic meaning of nature, the dialogue between man and nature, the uncontrollability of nature and the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Heroism and natural philosophy merge in the novel, Santiago's heroic behavior is reflected in the natural environment, and the natural environment also strengthens his heroic spirit. The thought of natural philosophy shapes the image of hero, and the symbiotic relationship between hero and nature reflects the harmony and co-prosperity between them. This paper holds that The Old Man and the Sea not only reveals the relationship between human beings and nature, but also inherits and carries forward the spirit of heroism and deeply explores the thought of natural philosophy, which has important literary and philosophical value.
