摘 要
随着工业技术的快速发展,机械设备在现代化生产中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,随着机械设备使用时间的增长,其故障率也逐渐上升,这不仅影响了企业的生产效率,还可能引发安全隐患。因此,如何有效地识别和解决机械设备故障,成为了一个亟待解决的问题。目前,虽然市场上已经存在一些故障诊断和维修技术,但这些技术往往存在准确性不高、操作复杂等问题,难以满足实际生产的需求。此外,随着智能化技术的不断发展,机械设备故障维修领域也面临着新的挑战和机遇。因此,本研究针对机械设备故障维修问题,深入分析了故障类型及原因,并提出了相应的维修策略。研究首先梳理了机械设备常见的故障类型,包括机械磨损故障、电气系统故障和控制系统故障等,并探讨了这些故障的主要成因,如操作不当、材料老化以及维护缺失等。在此基础上,研究提出了一套综合性的维修策略,包括加强员工培训、严格选材与定期检测以及制定详细的维护计划等。通过实施这些策略,可以有效地降低机械设备故障率,提高生产效率,减少维修成本,为企业创造更大的经济效益。本研究不仅为机械设备故障维修提供了理论支持,也为实际生产中的故障维修工作提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of industrial technology, mechanical equipment is playing an increasingly important role in modern production. However, with the growth of the use time of mechanical equipment, the failure rate is also gradually increased, which not only affects the production efficiency of enterprises, but also may cause safety risks. Therefore, how to effectively identify and solve the mechanical equipment failure, has become an urgent problem to be solved. At present, although there are some fault diagnosis and maintenance technologies in the market, these technologies often have problems such as low accuracy and complex operation, and it is difficult to meet the needs of actual production. In addition, with the continuous development of intelligent technology, the field of mechanical equipment fault maintenance is also facing new challenges and opportunities. Therefore, this study addresses the problem of machinery and equipment fault maintenance, deeply analyzes the fault types and causes, and puts forward the corresponding maintenance strategy. The study first combed the common fault types of mechanical equipment, including mechanical wear failure, electrical system faults and control system faults, and explored the main causes of these faults, such as improper operation, material aging and missing maintenance. On this basis, a comprehensive maintenance strategy is proposed, including strengthening staff training, strict material selection and regular testing, and making a detailed maintenance plan. By implementing these strategies, we can effectively reduce the failure rate of mechanical equipment, improve production efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and create greater economic benefits for enterprises. This study not only provides theoretical support for mechanical maintenance, but also provides useful reference for fault maintenance in practical production.
