摘 要
本文围绕机器视觉技术在工业过程监测与控制系统中的应用展开研究。首先介绍了机器视觉技术的定义、特点、系统组成及工作原理,并分析了其应用现状和发展趋势。随后,详细阐述了工业过程监测与控制系统的需求分析和功能设计,探讨了基于机器视觉的工艺参数检测和分析方法,以及控制系统的设计和开发过程。在此基础上,本文进一步研究了系统的性能分析和优化策略,提出了系统健康监测和维护技术,以及系统功能扩展和升级的方法。最后,通过实验设计和数据采集,实现了系统的性能评估,并结合工业应用案例进行了验证。本研究不仅为工业过程监测与控制系统的智能化、自动化提供了技术支持,也为机器视觉技术在工业生产中的广泛应用奠定了理论基础,对于推动工业生产的智能化转型具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper studies the application of machine vision technology in industrial process monitoring and control system. Firstly, the definition, characteristic, system composition and working principle of machine vision technology are introduced, and its application status and development trend are analyzed. Subsequently, the requirement analysis and functional design of industrial process monitoring and control system are elaborated, and the process parameter detection and analysis methods based on machine vision, and the design and development process of control system are discussed. Based on this, this paper further studies the system performance analysis and optimization strategy, proposed the system health monitoring and maintenance technology, and the system function expansion and upgrade methods. Finally, through the experimental design and data acquisition, systematic performance evaluation and validation with industrial application cases. This study not only provides technical support for the intelligence and automation of industrial process monitoring and control system, but also lays a theoretical foundation for the wide application of machine vision technology in industrial production, which is of great significance for promoting the intelligent transformation of industrial production.

Abstract
This paper studies the application of machine vision technology in industrial process monitoring and control system.
