“双减”背景下提升小学课后服务质量策略研究


摘 要
在当前教育改革的大背景下,“双减”政策的出台旨在减轻学生的课业负担和校外培训负担,促进学生全面发展和健康成长。该政策明确了减少作业总量和时长、提升课后服务质量等具体要求,为小学教育指明了发展方向。然而,在“双减”政策的实施过程中,小学课后服务质量仍存在一些问题,亟待解决。提升课后服务质量对于满足学生个性化发展需求、加强家校合作与沟通、提升学校整体教育水平等方面具有重要意义,通过提供多样化的课后服务内容,可以满足学生不同的兴趣和特长,促进其全面发展;加强家校合作可以增进家长对学校的信任与支持,形成家校共育的良好局面;提升课后服务质量有助于树立学校品牌形象,推动学校教育改革与发展。在“双减”背景下,小学课后服务质量存在的问题主要包括课后服务内容单一、教师资源有限、家校合作不足以及评价体系不完善等。针对这些问题,应采取相应的应对策略,如丰富课后服务内容、加强教师队伍建设、加强家校合作和完善评价体系等,以提升小学课后服务质量,满足学生和家长的需求,促进教育公平和质量的提升。

Abstract
In the current context of education reform, the introduction of the "double reduction" policy aims to reduce the academic and extracurricular training burden on students, promote their comprehensive development and healthy growth. This policy specifies specific requirements such as reducing the total amount and duration of homework, improving the quality of after-school services, and pointing out the development direction for primary education. However, in the implementation process of the "double reduction" policy, there are still some problems in the quality of after-school services in primary schools that need to be solved urgently. Improving the quality of after-school services is of great significance in meeting the personalized development needs of students, strengthening cooperation and communication between families and schools, and improving the overall educational level of schools. Firstly, by providing diverse after-school service content, students can meet their different interests and strengths, promoting their comprehensive development. Secondly, strengthening home school cooperation can enhance parents' trust and support for the school, forming a good situation of home school co education. Finally, improving the quality of after-school services helps to establish the school's brand image and promote educational reform and development. In the context of "double reduction", the main problems with the quality of after-school services in primary schools include a single content of after-school services, limited teacher resources, insufficient cooperation between families and schools, and an imperfect evaluation system. Corresponding strategies should be taken to address these issues, such as enriching after-school service content, strengthening teacher team construction, strengthening home school cooperation, and improving evaluation systems, in order to improve the quality of after-school services in primary schools, meet the needs of students and parents, and promote educational equity and quality improvement.
