情感教学在小学语文教育教学管理中的应用研究


摘 要
随着教育改革的不断深化,情感教学在小学语文教育教学管理中的应用逐渐受到广泛关注。本研究旨在探讨情感教学在小学语文教学中的实际应用及其对提升学生语文素养和综合素质的积极影响。本研究通过文献综述,梳理了情感教学的理论基础和教学原则,明确了情感教学在小学语文教学中的重要性和必要性。深入了解了当前小学语文教学中情感教学的实施情况及其存在的问题。研究结果表明,情感教学在小学语文教学中具有显著的促进作用。通过实施情感教学,能够有效地激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,提高学生的课堂参与度和学习效果。同时,情感教学还能够培养学生的情感表达能力和共情能力,促进学生的全面发展。当前小学语文教学中情感教学的实施还存在一些问题。一方面,部分教师对情感教学的认识不够深刻,缺乏有效的教学策略和方法;另一方面,学生的情感需求没有得到充分的关注和满足,影响了情感教学的效果。针对以上问题,本研究提出了相应的对策和建议。首先,教师应加强对情感教学理论的学习和实践,不断提高自身的情感素养和教学能力;其次,学校应加强对情感教学的支持和引导,为教师提供必要的培训和资源;最后,家长也应积极参与孩子的情感培养,为孩子的全面发展提供有力的支持。

Abstract
With the deepening of educational reform, the application of emotional teaching in primary school Chinese education and teaching management has gradually attracted wide attention. The purpose of this study is to explore the practical application of emotional teaching in primary school Chinese teaching and its positive impact on the improvement of students' Chinese literacy and comprehensive quality. Through the literature review, this study sorted out the theoretical basis and teaching principles of emotion teaching, and clarified the importance and necessity of emotion teaching in primary school Chinese teaching. In-depth understanding of the current primary school Chinese teaching in the implementation of emotional teaching and its existing problems. The results show that emotion teaching has a significant promoting role in primary school Chinese teaching. Through the implementation of emotional teaching, it can effectively stimulate students 'interest and enthusiasm, and improve students' participation in class and learning effect. At the same time, emotional teaching can also cultivate students 'emotional ex pression ability and empathy ability, and promote students' all-round development. At present, there are still some problems in the implementation of emotion teaching in primary school Chinese teaching. On the one hand, some teachers do not have a deep understanding of emotional teaching and lack effective teaching strategies and methods; on the other hand, students' emotional needs have not received sufficient attention and satisfaction, which affects the effect of emotional teaching. In view of the above problems, this research puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, teachers should strengthen the study and practice of emotional teaching theory, and constantly improve their emotional accomplishment and teaching ability; Secondly, schools should strengthen the support and guidance of emotional teaching and provide teachers with necessary training and resources; finally, parents should actively participate in their emotional cultivation and provide strong support for their all-round development.
