摘 要
城郊小学家校共育是促进学生全面发展的重要环节,但在实施过程中受到多方面因素的影响。首先,家庭环境是孩子成长的第一课堂,家长的教育观念、方式及家庭氛围直接影响孩子的成长态度和学习习惯。如果家庭环境不够和谐,家长缺乏教育责任感和能力,将阻碍家校共育的有效开展。学校环境同样对家校共育产生深远影响。学校的教育理念、师资力量和教学质量是家校共育能否顺利进行的关键。若学校的教学和管理模式不合理,教师素养不高,将导致家校合作薄弱,难以形成有效的共育模式。面对这些影响因素,应对策略需从多方面入手。首先,加强家校之间的合作意识,构建完善的宣传体系,提升家长对家校共育的认识。其次,强化家长参与家校共育的意识,让他们认识到教育不仅是学校的责任,也是家庭的责任。此外,加强家庭教育指导,提升家长的教育能力和素养,使其更好地参与到孩子的教育过程中。学校也需加强师资力量的建设,提高教师的教育水平和教学素养,改善教学环境,为家校共育提供坚实的基础。建立健全的家校沟通机制,加强家庭与学校之间的互动和合作,共同促进学生的全面发展。

Abstract
Home-school co-education in suburban primary schools is an important link to promote the comprehensive development of students, but it is affected by many factors in the implementation process. First of all, the family environment is the first class for children's growth. Parents' educational concepts, ways and family atmosphere directly affect children's growth attitude and learning habits. If the family environment is not harmonious enough and the parents lack the sense of responsibility and ability for education, it will hinder the effective development of home-school co-education. School environment also has a profound impact on home-school co-education. The educational concept, teachers and teaching quality are the key to the smooth progress of home-school co-education. If the teaching and management mode of the school is unreasonable, and the teacher quality is not high, the home-school cooperation will be weak, and it is difficult to form an effective co-education mode. In the face of these influencing factors, the coping strategy needs to start from many aspects. First of all, strengthen the sense of cooperation between home and school, build a perfect publicity system, and enhance parents' understanding of home-school co-education. Secondly, strengthen the awareness of parents' participation in home-school co-education, so that they can realize that education is not only the responsibility of the school, but also the responsibility of the family. In addition, strengthen family education guidance, improve parents 'educational ability and quality, so that they can better participate in the process of children's education.
