基于动态约束的自适应齿轮传动机制设计与仿真

摘    要

本文针对传统齿轮传动在高速与重负载工况下易出现动态失配的问题,提出了一种基于动态约束的自适应齿轮传动机制设计及仿真研究。通过建立动态约束模型,实现了传动系统的自适应动态控制,使传动过程中的动态失配得到有效控制,提高了齿轮传动的可靠性和传动效率。论文中首先对相关理论进行了综述,包括齿轮传动结构与动力学分析、动态约束技术原理和自适应控制方法及应用。在此基础上,设计了基于动态约束的自适应齿轮传动机制,并通过仿真分析了传动系统的性能及其优化效果。此外,为了验证理论分析的正确性和可行性,还进行了实验研究,并对实验结果进行了详细的分析和总结。最终本文得出了一些重要结论,并指出了研究的局限性和未来的研究方向。

Abstract
In response to the problem of dynamic mismatch in traditional gear transmission under high speed and heavy load conditions, this paper proposes a design and simulation study of an adaptive gear transmission mechanism based on dynamic constraint. By establishing a dynamic constraint model, the adaptive dynamic control of the transmission system is realized, effectively controlling the dynamic mismatch in the transmission process, and improving the reliability and transmission efficiency of gear transmission. First, the relevant theories are reviewed in this paper, including the structure and dynamic analysis of gear transmission, the principle of dynamic constraint technology, and the application of adaptive control methods. Based on this, a dynamic constraint-based adaptive gear transmission mechanism is designed, and the performance of the transmission system and its optimization effect are analyzed through simulation. In addition, in order to verify the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis, experimental research is also conducted, and the results are analyzed and summarized in detail. Finally, some important conclusions are drawn, and the limitations and future research directions of the study are pointed out.
