摘 要
本文探讨了企业会计核算在财务管理中的应用，旨在提高企业内部管理水平，实现长期健康发展。首先对企业会计核算的定义、目的和内容进行了概述，然后对其在资金管理、经营决策、费用控制和绩效评估等方面的应用进行了探讨。接着提出，为了实现企业健康发展，企业需要进一步完善和提升会计核算，包括信息化手段的应用、核算制度的完善和对企业的启示等方面的建议。最后，指出企业应加强对会计核算的重视，推进其信息化和专业化发展，提高内部管理水平，以实现企业的长期稳定发展。

Abstract
This article explores the application of enterprise accounting in financial management, aiming to improve the internal management level of enterprises and achieve long-term sustainable development. Firstly, an overview of the definition, purpose, and content of enterprise accounting is provided, followed by a discussion of its applications in aspects such as fund management, business decision-making, cost control, and performance evaluation. It is then suggested that in order to achieve healthy development, enterprises need to further improve and enhance accounting including the use of information technology, the enhancement of accounting systems, and insight into enterprise development. Finally, it is emphasized that enterprises should attach importance to accounting, promote its informatization and specialization, and enhance internal management level to achieve long-term stable development.
