本文研究了企业文化对企业绩效的影响,并提出了解决对策。企业文化过于保守和僵化会抑制创新和变革的动力,导致企业难以应对外部环境的变化和竞争压力。而企业文化缺乏员工关心和福利保障的价值观会导致员工不满和流失率升高,影响企业的运营和绩效。此外,缺乏对内部沟通和协作的强调和促进,也会影响企业的工作效率和员工士气,进而影响企业绩效的提升。因此,企业应该加强员工关怀和福利保障、建立鼓励创新文化,并建立良好的沟通机制和团队合作文化,以增强企业的创新、协同效率和绩效,并保持健康发展。本文的研究结果对企业的持续发展和绩效提升具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract
This article explores the impact of corporate culture on business performance and proposes solutions. A conservative and rigid corporate culture can suppress innovation and change, making it difficult for companies to respond to external environmental changes and competitive pressures. Moreover, when corporate culture lacks values that prioritize employee care and welfare, it can cause employee dissatisfaction and increases in turnover rates, ultimately affecting business operations and performance. In addition, the lack of emphasis and promotion in interna communication and collaboration can compromise work efficiency and employee morale, negatively impacting business performance. Therefore, companies should strengthen employee care and welfare, establish a culture that encourages innovation, and build a positive communication mechanism and team collaboration culture to enhance innovation, efficiency, and performance, ultimately achieving healthy and sustainable growth for the business. The research findings in this article offer significant guidance for continuous business development and performance improvement.
