人力资源管理中的员工激励措施研究
摘要:员工激励在人力资源管理中具有重要意义。本论文以研究员工激励措施为主题,通过文献综述和案例分析,探讨了物质激励和非物质激励两个方面的策略。在物质激励方面,薪酬激励制度、奖励和福利措施、职位晋升和提升机会被认为是有效的激励手段。在非物质激励方面,工作认可和表扬、发展和培训机会、良好的工作环境和文化被认为是影响员工积极性和满意度的关键因素。案例分析部分以华为为例,探讨了华为的员工激励机制,包括文化激励、物质激励和精神激励等方面的实践经验。

Abstract:Employee motivation plays an important role in human resource management. Based on the research of employee incentive measures, this paper discusses the strategies of material incentive and non-material incentive through literature review and case analysis. In terms of material incentive, salary incentive system, reward and welfare measures, promotion and promotion opportunities are considered to be effective incentive means. In terms of non-material incentives, job recognition and praise, development and training opportunities, and a good work environment and culture were identified as key factors affecting employee motivation and satisfaction. The case analysis part takes Huawei as an example to discuss the practical experience of Huawei's employee incentive mechanism, including cultural incentive, material incentive and spiritual incentive.
