摘 要
施工组织设计是指导施工前期、后期建设工作的技术和经济资料,是实施科学的施工管理措施,是确保项目开工后的施工活动有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保障。建筑组织设计是建筑技术与管理的结合,是指导建筑工人进行技术经济工作的关键技术和经济指标,其自身的优劣直接关系到项目的成功与经济效益。
然而,目前的给排水管项目施工组织设计的编制工作,表现出了由于建设中积累的技术资料不能得到有效和充分的利用,而编写的给排水工程的施工组织设计,多追求建设效益而忽略经济效益,存在只重视组织技术措施,而没重视经济管理的内容等问题,以致在实施过程中,没有实现经济效益目标,没有起到施工组织设计应有的作用。在确保项目质量、效益、强化施工管理、增加项目效益方面,对建设单位进行合理的施工组织设计具有十分关键的意义。文章从施工计划、质量控制、进度计划控制三个方面进行了详细的论述,提出了优化施工方案、合理安排进度、强化质量管理、优化技术和优化技术。最后,以某项目为例,论证了在建筑物给排水工程中进行施工方案优选的可能性与意义。

Abstract

However, the current preparation of the construction organization design of the water supply and drainage project shows that the technical data accumulated in the construction can not be effectively and fully utilized, and the construction organization design of the water supply and drainage project prepared mainly pursues the construction benefits while ignoring the economic benefits, and there are problems such as only paying attention to the organizational technical measures, but not the content of economic management, so that the economic benefit ob jectives are not achieved in the implementation process, It has not played its due role in the construction organization design.
