摘 要
施工组织设计是指导施工前期、后期建设工作的技术和经济资料，是实施科学的施工管理措施，是确保项目开工后的施工活动有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保障。建筑组织设计是建筑技术与管理的结合，是指导建筑工人进行技术经济工作的关键技术和经济指标，其自身的优劣直接关系到项目的成功与经济效益。
然而，目前的给排水管项目施工组织设计的编制工作，表现出了由于建设中积累的技术资料不能得到有效和充分的利用，而编写的给排水工程的施工组织设计，多追求建设效益而忽略经济效益，存在只重视组织技术措施，而没重视经济管理的内容等问题，以致在实施过程中，没有实现经济效益目标，没有起到施工组织设计应有的作用。在确保项目质量、效益、强化施工管理、增加项目效益方面，对建设单位进行合理的施工组织设计具有十分关键的意义。文章从施工计划、质量控制、进度计划控制三个方面进行了详细的论述，提出了优化施工方案、合理安排进度、强化质量管理、优化技术和优化技术。最后，以某项目为例，论证了在建筑物给排水工程中进行施工方案优选的可能性与意义。

Abstract
