建筑施工过程中,信息管理一直是一个十分重要的环节,其如何快速、精确地管理和传递施工信息成为了施工效率提升的核心问题。BIM可以实现施工进度的实时监测、计划优化和提醒管理,从而有效地缩短施工周期。此外,BIM技术还可以降低施工成本。施工方可以通过BIM技术进行资源规划和物资采购,从而避免不必要的浪费,同时通过数字化建模,可以预估施工过程中的成本,及时调整施工计划,降低施工成本。基于BIM技术的建筑施工信息管理系统可以提高施工质量、缩短施工周期、降低施工成本、提高施工安全性等,是提高建筑工程施工效率的重要手段之一。本文主要研究基于BIM技术的建筑施工信息管理系统,并探讨其在提高建筑工程施工效率方面的作用。通过对各种建筑施工过程的实际应用分析,本文总结出BIM技术对建筑施工效率提升的具体作用,包括提高施工质量,缩短施工周期,降低施工成本,提高安全性等。

Abstract
During the construction process, information management has always been a very important link, and how to quickly and accurately manage and transfer construction information has become the core issue of improving construction efficiency. BIM can achieve real-time monitoring of construction progress, plan optimization, and reminder management, thereby effectively shortening the construction cycle. In addition, BIM technology can also reduce construction costs. The construction party can use BIM technology for resource planning and material procurement to avoid unnecessary waste. At the same time, through digital modeling, it can estimate costs during the construction process, timely adjust the construction plan, and reduce construction costs. Building construction information management system based on BIM technology can improve construction quality, shorten construction cycle, reduce construction costs, improve construction safety, and is one of the important means to improve the efficiency of construction projects. This article mainly studies the construction information management system based on BIM technology, and discusses its role in improving the efficiency of construction projects. Through the practical application analysis of various building construction processes, this article summarizes the improvement of BIM technology on building construction efficiency.
