摘  要
步进机构是一种在 CNC设备上广泛使用的实现脉冲信号转换为角度位移或直线位移的执行器。脉冲控制是一种传统的控制方式,它具有结构简单、控制费用低廉等优点,因此得到了许多学者的关注。随着电子技术的迅速发展,采用嵌入式体系结构,实现了高精度、高可靠性、高实时性、高精度的 CNC系统。由于它能更精确地反映目标的运动状况,并能精确地描绘出目标的运动轨迹,因此,它被越来越多的人所采用。随着科技水平的不断提高,各种机械的性能、效率、智能程度不断提高,其使用的领域也日益广泛。随着计算机技术的迅速发展,各种设备的体积不断缩小,运算能力不断增强,性能不断提高。然而,许多人并不知道该装置的运行过程,因此在使用过程中会产生各种问题。而在现代电子产品的使用环境中,由于温度、湿度等环境因素不适宜,导致仪器设备出现故障等问题。另外,许多仪器因反复使用而容易老化、损坏,对其保养与保养工作也不甚重视。本文主要介绍了步进电机的驱动电路、步进方式、电路结构和工作原理。

Abstract
Stepping mechanism is an actuator widely used in CNC equipment to realize the conversion of pulse signal into angular displacement or linear displacement. Pulse control is a traditional control method, which has the advantages of simple structure and low control cost, so it has attracted the attention of many scholars. With the rapid development of electronic technology, the CNC system with high precision, high reliability, high real-time and high precision has been realized by adopting embedded architecture. Because it can more accurately reflect the movement of the target and accurately describe the movement trajectory of the target, it is adopted by more and more people. With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology, the performance, efficiency and intelligence of all kinds of machinery have been continuously improved, and their application fields are also increasingly extensive. With the rapid development of computer technology, the size of various devices has been continuously reduced, the computing ability has been continuously enhanced, and the performance has been continuously improved. However, many people do not know the operation process of the device, so there will be various problems in the use process. However, in the use environment of modern electronic products, due to inappropriate environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, equipment failures and other problems occur. In addition, many instruments are prone to aging and damage due to repeated use, and their maintenance and maintenance are also not paid much attention. This paper mainly introduces the driving circuit, stepping mode, circuit structure and working principle of stepping motor.
