基于员工参与的团队建设与绩效管理研究——以某服务企业为例
摘要:本文以某服务企业为例,探讨基于员工参与的团队建设与绩效管理。在文献综述中,介绍了团队建设的理论基础、绩效管理的概念和模型以及员工参与的重要性和实践。接着,针对某服务企业的实际情况,分别分析了其团队建设模式、绩效管理体系和员工参与机制。在研究结果分析中,探讨了团队建设和员工参与对绩效的影响以及不同团队和部门的绩效管理差异。最后,得出结论并提出建议,其中结论包括建立有效的团队建设和员工参与机制对提升绩效具有重要意义,建议包括要优化绩效管理体系、加强员工参与意识、建立激励机制等。该研究对于服务企业的团队建设和绩效管理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Research on Team Building and Performance Management Based on Employee Participation: Taking a Service Enterprise as an Example

Abstract:This article takes a service enterprise as an example to explore team building and performance management based on employee participation. In the literature review, the theoretical basis of team building, the concept and model of performance management, and the importance and practice of employee participation were introduced. Then, based on the actual situation of a certain service enterprise, the team building model, performance management system, and employee participation mechanism were analyzed separately. In the analysis of research results, the impact of team building and employee participation on performance was explored, as well as the differences in performance management among different teams and departments. Finally, draw conclusions and provide suggestions, including the importance of establishing effective team building and employee participation mechanisms for improving performance. Suggestions include optimizing the performance management system, strengthening employee participation awareness, and establishing incentive mechanisms. This study has certain reference significance for team building and performance management in service enterprises.
