电力线路巡检管理系统研究
摘 要
今年来电力信息信息化学和生产效益、转变电力、转变力生产展与创新、提高电力和生产效益、转变电力生产方式和企业发展方式等方面己初见成效。依着我经施的安全运行也提出了更高电力电网、电厂设备等基构设施的安全运行也提出了更高的要求,各大电力公司均在线路、设备的巡检和维护上投入了大量的人力、物力。但是是技术造用用电力巡检环节上存在巡检效率低、难于管理等诸多不足,同多不足,同时,原有的手工记录和报告形式也极大地限制了电力运行管理现代化的建设。为此,论文从目前我国电网企业的实际情况入手,对其进行了详细的系统需求分析,确定了其工作目标。其次,基于对电网巡检管理的功能要求进行了研究,构建了用例的解析与模块的联系。
该系统打破了常规的线路巡视模式,实现了线路现场巡视的标准化、可控,从而提高了电力监控系统的工作效率和质量,使得故障定位更加准确,显示方式更加灵活,能够进行分析和决策。巡检人员不再仅仅依靠经验和监督来完成巡检工作,因而可以将更多的时间和精力用于发现和管理缺陷。

Abstract
In recent years, initial results have been achieved in power information chemistry and production efficiency, transformation of power, transformation of power production and innovation, improvement of power and production efficiency, transformation of power production mode and enterprise development mode. According to the safe operation of our economic construction, we also put forward higher requirements for the safe operation of power grids, power plant equipment and other infrastructure facilities. All major power companies have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the patrol inspection and maintenance of lines and equipment. However, there are many deficiencies in the inspection link of electric power for technology manufacturing, such as low efficiency and difficulty in management. At the same time, the original manual record and report form also greatly limits the construction of electric power operation and management modernization. For this reason, the paper starts with the actual situation of China's power grid enterprises at present, carries out a detailed system demand analysis on them, and determines their work ob jectives. Secondly, based on the research on the functional requirements of power grid patrol management, the analysis of use cases and the connection of modules are constructed.
The system breaks the conventional line patrol mode, realizes the standardization and controllability of the line site patrol, thus improving the efficiency and quality of the power monitoring system, making the fault location more accurate, the display mode more flexible, and able to analyze and make decisions. Patrol inspectors no longer rely solely on experience and supervision to complete the inspection work, so they can spend more time and energy on finding and managing defects.
