Abstract:In education and teaching activities, rewards and punishment are often used as a method, while rewards and punishment are an effective manifestation and a manifestation of career maturity. Based on previous scholars' research on the reward and punishment of preschool teachers, this article uses methods such as questionnaire survey, participatory observation, and interviews to investigate the actual situation of kindergarten teachers' reward behavior in Y City, explore the problems that arise, and analyze the root causes of these problems. Finally, this article also analyzes the root causes of these problems, and provides corresponding improvement measures. The survey results show that there are still many problems in the implementation of rewards and punishments in Y city kindergartens. Based on the survey results, this article discusses how to improve the incentives and punishments for kindergarten teachers: first, to improve public opinion and the legal system in society; Kindergartens should reward and punish teachers; Reward and punish teachers with the trust of parents; Kindergarten teachers should have a positive attitude and receive scientific rewards and punishments.
