Y市幼儿园幼儿教师奖惩行为问题及策略


摘要:在教育和教学活动中,奖励和惩罚是经常使用的一种方法,而奖励和惩罚则是一种行之有效的表现,也是一种职业生涯走向成熟的表现。以原来的学者对幼儿教师奖罚的相关研究为依据,本文采用了问卷调查、参与式观察、访谈等方法,调查了Y市幼儿园老师的奖励行为的实际情况,对其中出现的问题展开了探索,并对这些问题产生的根源进行了分析,最后,本文还对这些问题产生的根源进行了分析,并给出了相应的改善对策。调查结果表明,Y城市幼稚园的奖励与惩罚执行中,还出现了不少问题。根据调查结果,本文对如何改善幼儿园老师的奖励与惩罚的对策进行了探讨:一是要改善社会的舆论和法制;幼稚园应对老师进行奖励和惩罚;对老师的奖励和惩罚要有父母的信赖;对幼儿园老师要有一种正面的态度,进行科学的奖励和惩罚。

Abstract:In education and teaching activities, rewards and punishment are often used as a method, while rewards and punishment are an effective manifestation and a manifestation of career maturity. Based on previous scholars' research on the reward and punishment of preschool teachers, this article uses methods such as questionnaire survey, participatory observation, and interviews to investigate the actual situation of kindergarten teachers' reward behavior in Y City, explore the problems that arise, and analyze the root causes of these problems. Finally, this article also analyzes the root causes of these problems, and provides corresponding improvement measures. The survey results show that there are still many problems in the implementation of rewards and punishments in Y city kindergartens.
