Abstract
The subject of this article is the optimization of construction processes for steel structure bridges. By analyzing the basic process and characteristics of steel structure construction processes, as well as the common problems and challenges encountered in bridge construction, the article proposes an optimization design plan for construction processes and explores the economic and environmental impacts of process optimization on bridge engineering. The main contribution of this article is the analysis of the current state of steel structure bridge construction processes, the proposal of an optimization design plan, and the validation of the plan's effectiveness in engineering practice. Firstly, the article introduces the basic process and characteristics of steel structure bridge construction processes, analyzing the uniqueness and complexity of steel structure construction processes. In response to the common problems and challenges encountered in the construction process, such as the difficulty of steel structure assembly and poor safety during hoisting operations, the article proposes a series of optimization design plans for construction processes, including optimization design of process flow and hoisting and installation construction processes. In specific practice, taking a typical steel structure bridge engineering project as an example, this article verifies the implementation effectiveness of the optimization design plan for construction processes, proving the positive impact of optimization design on engineering construction and management. In addition, this article also analyzes the economic and environmental impacts of applying construction process optimization design in bridge engineering. By researching the green construction concept in the construction stage of the project and the impact of optimization design on electricity, time, and resource savings, the article explores the positive impact of process optimization on energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection aspects. Overall, the research results of this article have certain reference value for the improvement and innovation of steel structure bridge construction processes. The optimization design plan proposed in the article can not only improve construction efficiency and quality but also have a positive promoting effect on the sustainability, environmental protection, and economic benefits of the project.
