Abstract
The impact of the stock market on company operations is one of the factors that cannot be ignored. This article takes the impact of the stock market on company operations as the research ob ject, analyzes the impact mechanism and long-term effects of the stock market on company operations, and proposes strategies to improve financial transparency, maintain business stability, and increase the value of company stock investment, aiming to provide reference for government regulation and enterprise operations. This article first introduces the background and significance of the research topic, as well as the current research status and shortcomings at home and abroad. In the theoretical foundation chapter, the basic theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and the stock market, as well as the relationship theory between the two, were discussed in detail.
