医疗服务中的消费者权利保护
摘 要
《消费者权益保护法》没有明确规定医疗服务中的消费者权益保护，现有的医疗服务行业的消费者权益保护法律主要是由若干地方性的消费者权益保护法规的相关条款组成。医疗保障消费者权利的法律保障，有利于调节医患之间的利益关系，缓解医患之间的冲突。目前，我国现行的医疗保障法律制度仍存在着法律地位低、覆盖范围小、法律责任不合理等问题，需要进权益保护 医疗服务领域 消费者一步完善。

Abstract
The Law on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests does not clearly stipulate the protection of consumers' rights and interests in medical services. The existing laws on the protection of consumers' rights and interests in the medical service industry are mainly composed of relevant provisions of several local laws and regulations on the protection of consumers' rights and interests. The legal protection of consumer rights in medical security is conducive to regulating the interest relationship between doctors and patients and alleviating the conflict between doctors and patients. At present, China's current medical security legal system still has problems such as low legal status, small coverage and unreasonable legal liability, which need to be further improved.
