法律视角下网络刑事侵权犯罪的问题和对策
探析
摘 要
本文旨在探讨在法律视角下网络刑事侵权犯罪的问题和对策。由于互联网的普及和发展，网络犯罪的类型不断增多，其中网络刑事侵权犯罪对公共利益和人身财产安全造成了极大的威胁，需要引起足够的重视。为了深入探究网络刑事侵权犯罪问题，本研究从理论基础、网络刑事侵权犯罪的特点及危害、现有法律制度存在的问题，以及针对现有问题提出的对策等几个方面进行了深入研究和分析。在研究中，通过对网络刑事侵权犯罪的各种类型进行分类和梳理，对网络犯罪的危害和特点进行了深刻的剖析。同时，对我国现有法律制度存在的问题进行了梳理和总结，并根据实际情况提出一些可行和有效的对策措施，以期提高我国网络刑事侵权犯罪的打击和处理能力。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the characteristics and countermeasures of network criminal infringement from the perspective of law. Due to the popularization and development of the Internet, the types of cyber crimes are increasing, among which cyber criminal infringement poses a great threat to public interests and personal and property safety, which needs to be paid enough attention to. In order to deeply explore the problem of network criminal infringement, this research is deeply studied and analyzed from the theoretical basis, the characteristics and harm of network criminal infringement, the problems existing in the existing legal system, and the countermeasures for the existing problems. In the research, by classifying and sorting out the various types of network criminal infringement crimes, the harm and characteristics of network crime are deeply analyzed. At the same time, the problems existing in China's existing legal system are sorted out and summarized, and some feasible and effective countermeasures are put forward according to the actual situation, in order to improve the attack and handling capacity of network criminal infringement in China.

Abstract
